Hard to get too in a very crowded mall
This has to be one of the worst maintained supermarkets I have ever shopped at & I have used alot. Random stock is scatter all over the shelves from isle to isle. The frozen department is a disgrace, food all over the place & the ice cream fridges don't keep the produce frozen. More often than not the ice creams are soft.
I recently purchased a Woolworths brand cake from your Parramatta store. When we cut the cake, it was not fresh and the quality was very poor. When we went back to the store to request a refund, staff informed us that returns must be made within half an hour, which I believe is incorrect under Woolworths’ customer satisfaction policy. I visited Woolies today in Parra and I thought it was going to be a nice and clean experience but clearly not. From the moment I grabbed a trolley I had to change 3 before I got a decent one. No wipes either! They were sticky, had rubbish in them and all were old. You’d think Parramatta would have stepped up with the plastic ones like every other Woolies have. During my recent visit to Woolworths Parramatta, I was assisted by one young lady i think her name was Pratima as per her name badge, and I just wanted to appreciate her outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, making my shopping experience so much easier and more pleasant.
