Disgusting, they unpacked and counted every single item in my trolley, accusing me of stealing a can of baked beans - $300 shop and supposedly I'd knicked $1.60 of beans Needless to say, the count was right, I was mortified They also often treat people like they're stealing, same as big w, it must be part of the culture at Coles and Woolies I get protecting the business and all that, but they're paranoid and have shocking attitudes towards customers. Aldi is better priced and 1000x nicer
Lost a customer I will not shop here after having my son accused of stealing yet no proof of it when confronted the worker he tried to say he can’t find the footage but yet kept denying my son entry to buy a drink
Some of the slowest service I’ve experienced at the registers. The queues move painfully slowly, even when there don’t seem to be that many customers waiting. Staff really need to pick up the pace at checkout because what should be a quick visit turns into a frustrating wait.
Pickup experience is terrible. In the app it say order is ready but it wasn’t ready for next 30 minutes. It’s not good to post false information. Why are you doing this?
Rude staff named jan, Woolworths need to train her for behaviour before they put her at front of the store with customers.
