I visited the store this morning and saw the new promo container display. As the samples were put out for customers to view, I carefully looked at and touched one to check the size and quality, making sure not to mess up the display at all. However, a tall male employee with a beard approached me and abruptly told me in a very rude and condescending tone that I shouldn't touch them. Great Woolies, friendly staff
The elderly Asian lady who works in the sushi section is absolutely rude. I was with my partner and we were picking out sushi, She was staring at us the whole time while I was smiling at her trying to figure out why she’s fully staring, Then me and my partner went to the middle of the store, My partner has the food in his hands so I’ve got no food in my hands, he goes to the milk section while I’m by myself in the aisle picking up food, and the Asian lady pops out of nowhere starts staring at me and I look at her. Ridiculously understaffed. 1 lane open for trolleys for a massive store like this. Line up for both the single lane/checkout and self check out sooo long. Not good enough for the exorbitant prices and billions in profit they are making. Do better, have a minimum of 2 or 3 lanes open at all times, or at least have staff available to jump on and open lanes/checkouts when needed
