The elderly Asian lady who works in the sushi section is absolutely rude. I was with my partner and we were picking out sushi, She was staring at us the whole time while I was smiling at her trying to figure out why she’s fully staring, Then me and my partner went to the middle of the store, My partner has the food in his hands so I’ve got no food in my hands, he goes to the milk section while I’m by myself in the aisle picking up food, and the Asian lady pops out of nowhere starts staring at me and I look at her. Ridiculously understaffed. 1 lane open for trolleys for a massive store like this. Line up for both the single lane/checkout and self check out sooo long. Not good enough for the exorbitant prices and billions in profit they are making. Do better, have a minimum of 2 or 3 lanes open at all times, or at least have staff available to jump on and open lanes/checkouts when needed
Good Woolworths
I visited Woolworths at Pacific Mall today and was very disappointed with the customer service. The cashier was unprofessional and rude, which made for a very unpleasant shopping experience. I would recommend that management provide additional customer service training for their frontline staff. Friendly and respectful service is an important part of the shopping experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this supermarket.
Encountered a rude male customer service staff on 24 May at 14:45 at the front desk. I patiently waited for him to finish marking on the roster, but he was extremely impatient to me. A customer service staff like him can really ruin one’s day.
