Needs more staff on the registers. Often long lines with zero registers thay aren't self serve open. Hardly ever any fresh veges. Haven't recieved my pay check for serving myself while staff stand around and do nothing including stocking veges.
The undercover carpark boom gate is faulty and regularly breaks preventing people from leaving the carpark. Have been stuck three times in the last month
Good local Woolies. Would be 5 stars if they double/triple the amount of self serve express lanes. Three does not cut it and results in big lines often. 2025 update: they've finally added more self serve checkouts. Brilliant! up to 5 stars
HUGE praise to Geoff that works at Woolworths Oxley. His product knowledge is out of this world and I’m so glad he spoke to us and asked about what we were after because he showed us many products that we hadn’t ever looked at. They were budget friendly too! And Woolworths branded! My partner and I were presently surprised when we tried his suggestions at home as they tasted just as good as he was saying.
