There’s a you g girl called Maddy who works in the deli. She is so incredibly rude. Her attitude and the way she speaks to customers is appalling, she should not be working in customer service. I work in customer service and I have never seen anyone speak to a customer the way she spoke to my mum. Something needs to be done about her
