courier desk member ignores uber drivers and do not cooperate at all. Even way of communication was very poor and unprofessional. Never faced this level of ignorance and disrespect with other woolworhs outlets
Very bad services at service desk. Went to pick up online order today, order was ready to be picked up, but one of the staff at service desk was busy chatting with her customer friend. There was no other customer, and the staff was not checking out the customer, they were just chatting there. I’ve been standing there and waiting for 5 minutes, until another staff told her that I was waiting there, and the order was ready. Finally, she came with an unhappy face.
