My first visit to the store. Staff were all extremely helpful and pleasant. Store presentation was amazing and a big thank you to the supervisor who saw I was struggling at the self check out and opened a check out for me.
The original manager we spoke to was very arrogant and rude to a poor young teenage boy, whom was asking for a refund and she yelled and used incredibly rude tones this is unacceptable. felt very uncomfortable and targeted. And later when shown we had a receipt we were still met with unforgivable tones and complete disrespect. this is not how you treat costumers or a team worker of Woolworths
