Although a bit older than the neighbouring Oakleigh South (The Links) Woolies, the customer service is so much better in every way. Would choose this store over the above if you are local.
Today my partner visited here. He was looking for an item and he couldn't find it. And Sebastian, who is working here, helps him a lot. He checked the item was in stock or not and went above and beyond to make sure that my partner could leave with the item. Sebastian is very kind and professional. I will visit here again because of him.
