What’s going on Norwest Woolies?? Today I had a MILKRUN delivery and I was delivered 2 sourdough sliced loaves of bread that had been frozen. The loaves were unusually cold and I wondered why until I served it on the table and discovered the bread frozen in the centres!! You’ve got to be kidding me. Disgusting!!!
Had a shocking experience today. Had my young child with me who needed to go to the toilet mid-shopping. Went to the self checkouts to ask the staff member where to leave my shopping and where the toilets are, but they were on their personal phone standing outside the store and avoiding the eye contact even after standing 1.5 metres in front of them. It was an older lady who clearly doesn't want to be there, so why is she there? If I wasn't in such a rush I would have spoken to the store manager to provide this feedback.
