I had a very disappointing experience when I went to pick up my delivery order. The man who was preparing the order behaved extremely rudely. When I politely asked about the status of my delivery, he responded in a very bad manner and said he was too busy, without showing any respect or professionalism. I understand that staff can be busy, but that does not justify speaking to customers in a disrespectful way. Good customer service is very important.
