There is no click and collect parking for this store at all. Wait times for collecting orders in store are high and bags are not packed in a trolley ready to go. Instead you have to transfer all bags from store carrier into trolley, as staff refuse to do this. Extremely poor service at this store. Other stores have better system and service.
Bought an led light bulb which ended up being the wrong fitting and brought it back the next day to exchange for the correct fitting and wasn’t able to as I went through self serve and declined getting a receipt. I have the transaction on my bank statement but that isn’t sufficient. Terrible experience and service.
I had a very disappointing experience in this store,staff is sooo mean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
