I have been shopping here for 8 years next Month All the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly when I shop there Very happy
Today at around 3:30pm I was not treated well at the customer service section checkout. There was an Indian lady working telling me to put my groceries higher onto the bench. There was alot of groceries I had to put it on a lower bench. She then in a rude attitude said to put the groceries higher. I mean what's the point of your job then it's not even that hard to get it yourself. This store is a mess atm..lots of trip hazards..doesn't look like its been faced up in a month..loads of out of stocks
I called woolworths 4 times no one even answered, in such a large place they don't even have one person to answer a call.
