By far the worst Woolworths I've been to in Sydney. The customer service is terrible, staff are nowhere to be found when you need help, and the product range is very limited. Shopping here is frustrating every time.
Very bad service. Not enough employees For pick and pack deliveries
had a very disappointing experience at Woolworths Northbridge. One older lady staff member was very rude and spoke in an unfriendly manner. I felt uncomfortable because of her behaviour. Customer service should be respectful and polite. I hope management looks into this and improves the staff behaviour.
