Had a very unpleasant experience at self-checkout around 12:19pm today at POS067. A female staff member came to assist us with a gift card and after scanning it, tossed it and let it fall to the ground making no effort to pick it up or offer any apology. Her attitude throughout the interaction was dismissive and unwelcoming, and she was audibly swearing while on the floor to another colleague.
