My experience with in store staff is amazing. Click & collect not so much. I am a local & it’s really disappointing when you rock up to the click & collect on a Saturday or Sunday sometimes during the week & they have one person looking after so many cars & customers who are really pissed off. The wait time for myself was 35mins which is ridiculous when they tell u that your order is ready but then u have to sit & wait!! Come in Woolworths do better!! My pickup time was scheduled between 5:00–6:00 pm, however I received my order at 6:30 pm. The staff member responsible for handing out orders was disorganised, gave orders out of sequence, and behaved in a rude and aggressive manner. There was no clear system, no apology, and customers were left waiting unnecessarily. This delay and poor attitude were clearly the store’s responsibility, not the customers’. Very disappointing experience and needs serious improvement in both customer service and pickup management.
Nice way to make me feel like a thief. Accidentally forgot something in my trolley at the checkout however I was still in the middle of scanning and would have realised. This staff member rudely told me about the bag of carrots and potato left in the trolley and then asked if I had receipts for the other stuff in my trolley and was looking at me like I was a thief! Awful service. The older lady at the self service checkouts was extremely rude. She was insinuating that we were trying to steal just because we asked about the price of something. The website just hadn't updated within the few minutes that we clicked on it to the time that we went up. Avoid this woolworths. Decided to just go somewhere else.
