Great supermarket with a wide range of products.
I am not impressed with customer service. The staff communicate with me rudely and did not respect me.
2 employees lied to my partner and went against the Woolworths terms and conditions over an exchange. We contacted Woolworths head office and they apologised and gave us a gift card for the value of a product. We had the receipt and the product was unopened. These Woolies staff think they’re superhero’s. They wouldn’t let my partner speak to a manager either. If you shop here, be careful of the staff.
