Cooper at checkout asked for cash out at end of scanning purchases, Cooper replied "can't do cash outs, not allowed, see Gabby at service desk she does the cash outs. Gabby at service desk said - you have to do cash outs at checkout during transaction. Cooper should have done it. At the end of the day I got the push with no cash. PS when leaving service desk Gabby had to have the last say - you can do cash outs at COLES
