I would give minus stars if i could. I've had a few unpleasant experiences at this store, particularly involving some of the older staff (women) members at the front desk. On more than one occasion, I’ve witnessed behavior that comes across as rude and even racist and discriminatory, especially toward customers with darker skin. Like other reviews, I have to agree that the store was very crowded with pallets in the aisles. However, I am writing this review to point out the very friendly staff members on a Wednesday night who work the juice/yogurt section. A taller, red-haired gentleman and a shorter man with curly black hair. Best customer service I have received in a while! I'm not very happy with missing lines. Or out of stocks and prices are ridiculing
It's a fine medium sized semi renovated Woolies. Most of the staff are pretty good, well natured peeps. My only gripe used to be the online orders were (a year ago & longer) a little hit & miss, but they've improved the online orders very much with the regular pickers they've had employed for over a year.
