The older bald guy at the check out is a horrible person with no heart. I just went in the store with a trolley and my 3 year old daughter was sitting inside the trolley. Just asked a question from one of the staff and straight out. Obviously I didn't stop as the trolly was completely empty and visible and I didn't have any items to pay for. He purposely locked the trolley with his remote causing my daughter hit her head to the edge of the trolley. I reiterate he has no heart.

It's a fine medium sized semi renovated Woolies. Most of the staff are pretty good, well natured peeps. My only gripe used to be the online orders were (a year ago & longer) a little hit & miss, but they've improved the online orders very much with the regular pickers they've had employed for over a year. Rude staff and some of them have a nasty attitude who offer no help whatsoever if you need to ask for assistance. Whatever you do, if you have gone here for some reason, remember not to approach Joanne. Horrible woman who makes it o virus that she makes fun of people.
