I will not be returning to this supermarket. I went in today to exchange some coins for notes and I walked in there was no one at the front desk an employee for self serve come over and said we could try and get them exchanged but the other worker who was supposed to be at the front desk may not be willing to do the exchange, the employee who spoke to us said she would do the exchange but couldn’t as that was not her area. Disgraceful, I came in to exchange some coins into cash, and the lady working clearly couldn't be bothered and stated "there isnt enough room in the till. " i work at woolworths so i know this is clearly untrue, a cop out because she couldnt be bothered to do her job. No worries, went to Coles and they did it for me quickly and with no hassle. This woman gives the woolies a bad rep
