I always come to Woolies as I stay near by and I always get good customer service but today we were at the counter and this girl Pooja was talking to her co worker and she was rude as hell and lacked the basic customer service , I am sorry to say this has been the worst customer service ever
Joe who I've had the pleasure of being helped by a couple of times at the self serve checkouts is an asset to the company. I've always found the staff at this woolworths quiet unhelpful and friendly but Joe is just a great young man! Keep up the good work!
It's okay but really busy on a Sunday morning
