Waiting at service desk for over 20minutes when I politely asked a staff member if someone was available I was absolutely destroyed by this team member.
If only I could choose 0 stars. Worst customer service. Can’t get a hello, goodbye, thank you or a smile from the lady watching the self serve checkout today. Will drive to a different Woolworths from now on.
Not great These were purchased this morning! Little less chat/play little more stock checks before open 🤔
Disappointed with the checkout experience today(12:11 pm). The staff member seemed more interested in chatting with her friend at the other counter than serving customers. She scanned couple of my items twice, trying to charge me over $10 extra, and when I pointed it out, there was no apology at all. Very unprofessional and not the kind of service I expect from Woolies. It also makes me wonder how many customers might get overcharged like this in a day without noticing.
