I was picking up an order from an online room and I was waiting a few minutes so I went into the store and saw someone standing at the computer and I asked if she could meet me at the collection area to help me pick up the order, I believe her name was Shelby, she sort of mumbled something but I got the idea that she heard me and understood (it took her like 10 seconds before even looking at me though).
