Friendly staff
Would be a nicer place to shop if the staff, especially the younger (under 25yrs) were friendlier and more knowledgeable about the store layout and products stocked instore. No longer feels like a family store with a warm feel like it did a few years ago. It now feels like another place to get you in the grave early adding to the cost of living crisis. Money money money. Last place I shop now
