Honestly avoid this ‘Fresh food’ Woolies. Half the produce is always off - mould inside berries, squishy avocados and mouldy tomatoes. 6 packs of cans that now have 5 cans remaining. Staff seem depressed. This has happened time and time again.
Worst customer service of my life at the deli, roughly 6pm 25/10/25. Made to feel like I interrupted her birthday. Was waiting for any form of eye contact so I could tell her how I felt, but my chicken was just tossed at me as she turned away. Tried calling customer support but constant hang ups, so hoping this gets seen. But really doubt it! Don't want to dismiss all staff, no issues at all otherwise, but this girl was something else and I never want myself or anyone else to be served like that if I can help it
