Absolute rubbish behaviour. Have been waiting for 3 hours for a delivery only to find out you cant fulfill it and were too bust to call your own hotline to let your customers know their online order isnt coming. DISGRACEFUL. Goods needed for tomorrow morning and too late to get delivered or attend store. How the hell can you not be bothered to call YOUR OWN team to call your customers.
