It's a very big store nice employees, a little bit confusing with the one way escalators in and out, if you look to the left as your facing the entry that is the way to enter

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I was sold blank gift cards, resulting in a loss of $700. Resolving this issue required four separate trips to the store, along with many hours spent making phone calls and following up before I finally received a refund.
