This is my local, and regardless of staff movement, and less item options than the bigger locations, it’s great. Especially the regular staff. Noel, in particular, helped me today. I saw him restocking onions and I asked when the celery was expected back in. He stopped what he was doing and brought out a tray of fresh celery from the back with the most friendly and helpful smile and attitude. Thank you for hiring people like Noel!
I'm over it guys. Just bought 2 kilos of chicken. I was dubious given the tub of slime it was sitting in. It literally reeks the next day. I'd already sworn off salmon after the stuff I bought had a heavy, old fish smell and taste on the day of purchase. Lift your game. It is unfortunate I can no longer buy fresh meat or fish from the Woolies conveniently nearest my house. Trust is gone. This has happened enough times it is not coincidence.
Armani in the deli is awesome, She always helps me out and makes sure I get what I’m after. If I can’t find something, she’ll actually show me to it instead of just pointing. Always super polite and can have a good laugh too, makes shopping way easier and way more enjoyable !! Deli always looks fantastic when shes there
