Outstanding customer service in the Deli from the staff and in particular Sonny. What an outstanding employee. Polite, helpful and efficient. Certainly improved my family’s shopping experience.
Love the lamb offcuts for good value meals, appreciate markdowns shelved in one 'fridge; saves having to scavenge through the whole dept for cost-of-living deals. Massive shoutout to the service desk and self checkout zones for smiles and courteous efficiency even during peak hours. Fruit & vege a bit questionable though. Where are the fresh nuts? This is my go-to Woolies. With all the usual things you'd find at a Woolworths, and good prices, it's easy and convenient. There's usually good stock levels of most things, and staff are helpful if you need them.
Worse staffs in newcastle management should give staff refresher training on costumer service especially the pickers
