Very disappointed at the level of service. Customer service representative made an error and instead of realising it, they were dismissive and believed they were right.
The store itself is fine but every time I order click and collect there is something missing, often a whole bag of stuff. The times when I haven't realised until getting back home, I have to go to the info desk, wait 20 min to be served to then be told I have to wait for a click and collect team member who then fixes my order but with no apology or care. Their substitutions are ridiculous, most recently it was a carton of almond milk instead of dried fruit straps. I will no longer be shopping here.

Extremly poor customer service in EVERYWAY !!! probably the worst woolies ive ever been to in sydney.. in busy times they will have one register open which forces you to use self check out.. same rude guy is always there who will not help u pretends ur invisible treats u like a complete inconvenience has a really bad vibe he stood near me and watched me scan 3 heavy large kitty litters at no time offering to help i even asked him if i need to scan all 3 but too much of a moron to answer me or help...
