Went for refund as product looked dodgy after trying to cook dinner just after 2 hour of purchase said it’s not even on policy to return cold item. When you look up Into the policy that shows u can return product on Woolworths policy. Didn’t even look at the product or check or show proof of the policy. (Supervisor) learn ur policy before making ur own

Yep, it's a Woolies. You roughly know the layout, the same products as everywhere else with the exception of maybe 10% that have been determined by AI to sell better based on census and Everyday Rewards data. Plus there's always just something a little different to disorientate you into buying something you didn't go there for. Bonus points: free parking as compared to CBD Burnie (really?) and the drive up it's worth it to admire the engineering. What's not to love?
Has most things we shop for and is a better Woolies since it's expansion. Not fully the 'fresh food people'.
