A young lady by the name of Margaret served me today. She was an absolute delight. She had wonderful customer service. Thank you for letting me know it still exists! She was friendly, asked be what i had for lunch, just chatted while she served me. Well done young lady!

Not too sure what's happened to this store but it seems to have gone so far downhill. Decided to do in store shopping today after previous negative click and collect experiences including having to wait 40mins for my click and collect. Anyway today's experience was atrocious. Firstly arrived to no trolleys, so had to wait. Secondly there was so many stock carts blocking the aisles making it difficult to shop. Nice Just went to Woolies and asked for stronger bags and lady said paper bags are fine Got home Bag broke and bottles smashed Really pissed off
Such a bad click-and-collect service. If you order online and select a collection time, it should be ready when you arrive at the chosen time. But it wasn’t. I stood there waiting for more than 40 minutes for my order. Another lady was also waiting, and she told me she had been there for more than an hour.
