Checkout lady put the shopping bag behind her instead of giving to customer 🤷🏻♀️ and end up not giving it to us when we finish our shopping so we have to return to store to retrieve the shopping we paid for. Then when we came back to retrieve it someone already put them away Some sort of bullshit
Self checkout lady is rude as. Coustomer service training needs to be addressed.
When I picked up my online order a worker named Finn brought my online shop swiftly, and was very polite and kind. He helped me put my shopping in my car and was very polite and efficient. 10/10 worker would come again just for him!
Clean, tidy and helpful staff
A young lady by the name of Margaret served me today. She was an absolute delight. She had wonderful customer service. Thank you for letting me know it still exists! She was friendly, asked be what i had for lunch, just chatted while she served me. Well done young lady!
