I am primarily a Coles shopper and for good reason, when me and my niece went shopping here for snacks this old lady staff member stopped us in an aisle trying to force me to show my bag when my items were visibly in my hands and there was no reason to be forcing that unfriendly staff horrible prices almost twice the price of Coles products
Awful on the click and collect. More training required
Click & collect service is horrendous. Always missing items especially the frozen food bags as they are left in the freezer. Have to drive all the way back to the store to collect them without any apology from the staff. Got a message that our order was ready so went to collect, my partner was left standing there for half hour while the staff (kids) mucked around with eachother than came out and said couldn’t find our order so come back next day. Won’t do another online shop with Woolies Mt Sheridan, was charged for an item I never received, two and a half hours late, they used three bags and two of them had only one item in it…. very poor
