Very disappointing experience today at Woolworths Marketplace Mount Gambier. I visited the store with my 3-year-old daughter and had a very unpleasant interaction with an older staff member working at the main checkout cashier. Her name appeared to be starting on letter “K” I don’t like to mention name here… When we went to the main cashier to check out, she was the one serving us. Absolute hell hole. Monday evening and hardly any fruit and veg left, no staff to replenish stock, online order pickers cracking the poos because of no stock. Same with the rest of the store.
The staff here need training. Got abused tonight from one of the older staff, infront of my three year old. Safe to say I won't be shopping at that store. There was no need for it at all. I was heading to the check out and the store still had 7 minutes before closing. Instead of just saying can you finish up we are closing soon.
