I’ve been a local in Mt Eliza for years and have always had positive experiences at this Woolworths, until now. On 25/07 around 6:30 PM, I was served by a young staff member with glasses at the express register. (I didn’t catch her name)but her attitude was unnecessarily rude, unhelpful and dismissive, which left me feeling quite upset. A note of appreciation to Michelle. She personly paid for my groceries last Sunday as I left my wallet at home. I returned her money a couple of days after. This is an incredible customer service on her own accord and on behalf of Woolworths. I urge the Senior Management of Woolworths take note of this. Michelle normally works at Deli and Fresh Food. Do not know why she was at the Check Out on the that day.
I shop here all the time, Keily served me - super rude, she clearly hates customers. I rarely write bad reviews, give her some training before you loose customers to Ritchie’s or Cole’s - we have plenty of choice!
It’s small, it’s a Woolies. But they did it up a few years ago to compete with what Ritchies did. They’ve done a good job and there’s a good core of friendly staff.
