The supermarket is pretty good, with quality produce and displays. Checkouts for larger shops often very busy but that’s the nature of size of the shop. Had bad experience with a staff member called Rhys at BWS yesterday, sadly. Cold and arrogant. Needs customer service training.
Please update your website to say closed at 9.55 pm. Your team lock the main shopping centre door and your team member was yelling don't let that customer in. I could see her and hear her through the front door . I only needed one item from the front desk on Saturday night the 13-12-25 which easily could have been scanned and paid for before 10pm. If you have team members there who don't want to work a full shift maybe working in retail is not their thing Worst example of customer service I have seen
