A couple of days ago i went in to the Mortdale location to buy my mum those dream cookies that she adores. When i was in the store i couldn't find the cookies on the floor in there usual location or anywhere so i went around and looked for a worker. At the back of the store i saw a young employee, Eva. I would like to thank Aya for her good custimer service on 27th Nov and acknowledge her hard work. She had to deal wirh a challenging customer and did this with skill beyond her years.
My wife accidentally ordered a pickup from the wrong location and tried to cancel, but after facing a 35-minute wait on the phone, she sent me into the store to sort it out. When I arrived, Customer Service sent me to the pickup area, where I met Jaz. She listened to the situation and advised me to head back to Customer Service, who then called a manager.
