It was a distressing experience I had during my visit this evening. Due to a system malfunction (Scan and go), my completed payment was not acknowledged, and the transaction was incorrectly flagged as unpaid. When I approached a staff (self-check out) member to seek assistance, I was met with hostility and suspicion.
