This is not a dig at your employees as I could see it was very busy and they were getting around to everyone when they could but the click & collect process is horrendous in regard to the parking situation. I selected the slot between 4-5pm on a Sunday (yes I am aware the weekends are busy especially at that time) but do you think I could get a free bay?
