Can somebody explain me the purpose of that help desk that is located in the middle of the store end of one of the iles? There is usually two females one with tattooos and the other with red hair (not your colour by the way). All they do is laugh and swear and shout out loud. Very unprofessional walking past. Often times they have opened packets of chips on the desk part. This is not a corner store! Can someone from corporate review this? They are ruining my shopping experience
Avoid Click & Collect at this store. It's always at least a 30 minute wait, today was 50 minutes. They only ever have one person bringing the orders out, they don't help with packing the orders into the car and apparently aren't allowed to leave the cart and move onto the next person, so they stand there while each customer frantically packs the orders into their car as quickly as possible because they can see the line of 20 cars waiting.
