I love shopping at Morley shopping centre
The children you pay to run this department are unable to complete simple tasks like including the frozen bag, or knowing that chicken needs to be kept cold or or goes bad, 50% of the time the chicken is smelling rank. Pay some adults to actually do this properly. The time wasted fixing the problems caused by you guys utterly defeats the purpose of Click and collect and that is got the convenience of not having to walk around and grab stuff. DO BETTER!
Avoid Click & Collect at this store. It's always at least a 30 minute wait, today was 50 minutes. They only ever have one person bringing the orders out, they don't help with packing the orders into the car and apparently aren't allowed to leave the cart and move onto the next person, so they stand there while each customer frantically packs the orders into their car as quickly as possible because they can see the line of 20 cars waiting. They also now charge a service fee for online orders.
