4 bags missing from my click and collect order, couldn't ring to get it sorted just an automated voice saying the same thing on repeat, had to go back in store to get it sorted, no one at bare minimum even apologised, disgusting amount of items to be forgotten and then to have it be so difficult to get help and then terrible customer service on top.
