It's a good woolies
I actually prefer to go hungry than to go into this store. Parking is more trouble than it’s worth. Never more than two checkouts open. Direct to boot leaves you waiting 15+ minutes. “Everyday low price” items are always being swapped around. “Specials” can’t even be called specials because how is saving $.70 helping?
I had a really frustrating experience with Uber Direct to Boot at Woolworths Moorooka. My order was already marked as ready, and I waited in the designated pickup area for more than 15 minutes. Despite this, no staff member came out to assist me. There was no communication, no update, and no support. I was just left waiting without any help. If the order is marked ready, customers shouldn’t have to wait this long without any assistance. Very poor service and extremely disappointing experience.
