Your store really should not take online orders. You don't have the capacity to have the orders ready for pick up. Everytime I have to wait for 15 minutes plus. It's just a joke, no other stores have those kind of delays. I will not be using your store any further and staff do not take the feedback on, just make excuses.
I've been going there regularly for two yrs now since moving in to the area. All supermarkets are much the same, however the staff here are the real stars. So helpful even when at times extremely busy.

There is only 1 criticism I can say about here and I've had problems at Mawson Lakes woolworths store as well and that is the lack of internet service at the checkout. I've quite frequently had to go into the mall area to access internet for using my phone to pay with anything but my card. Other than that the staff are wonderful, the store is well organised and the prices are good.
