The packers who collect things for online/click and collect do a fantastic job. I went to exchange 3 butter/margarines once as I'd bought the wrong ones. Even though I'd had them refrigerated the whole time bar a 5 minute drive, they wouldn't take my word for it and said they couldn't confirm that as they had foil seals. We were visiting from the Gold Coast QLD. Needed a few groceries. And sum cash. We arrived there at 8am Monday morning. And the front outdoor car park. Where there was plenty of parking. Everyone was happy and helpful. The senior lady behind the Deli counter was helpful and happy to have a short conversation with us. As she has a part time share holiday unit in Surfers Paradise.
