If there was an option to give 0 stars this would be the moment. I was given the most rudest and unprofessional behavior from the online orders manager. Not only she was rude but was racist - because of our brown skin, while she treated other customers with so much respect and in a calm approach she also gave the worse attitude when asked about the online order pickup. This is absolutely revolting. Woolworths Miller should be ashamed. I found a fly sitting directly on raw meat in the halal section. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s filthy, unhygienic, and a serious breach of food safety standards. This is how people get sick. The meat itself looked poorly handled and questionable, and the presence of flies shows a complete lack of cleanliness, care, and basic hygiene control. A really good shopping experience in my opinion, mainly because the staff are so helpful in what you need assistance with. Furthermore the quality of fresh fruit & vegetable’s is great and the store is always clean and fully stocked. 5/5, is worth checking out if you are local.
