The old lady, with short hair, that is always at self check out is very unfriendly & rude. Needs to be fixed.
Majority of staff have terrible customer service. Also there’s a staff member that pages staff members over the speaker in the rudest manner. It actually makes me feel terrible for the staff and probably why they have such bad service because they’re in terrible moods from their overall treatment. Oh and seriously if you’re stacking shelves, at least be considerate of customers coming through with prams and trolleys. There is 0 awareness and consideration for customers during opening hours
Good for a top up on the way home
