Customer service award for the most beautiful staff member ( Bea) the lovely Irish lady with a heart of gold. I was shopping for a young mum who was having a hard time and needed to feed her kids. So I happened to tell Bea as she noticed I’d bought so much. She gifted from her own pocket in a beautiful act of kindness and compassion towards her community. She is a wonderful staff member and I think she must be an asset to Woolworths and her local community, thank you so much Bea 🥰I’d give you 10 stars if I could 🥰
This has been my grocery store for a very long time. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I shop here now and then. What I like is that their checkout operators pack properly and they're polite. They're also helpful. I've complimented a couple of their checkout operators as a result. What needs improving? Well at times there are some unsavoury types visiting the shop and a lot of shouting and carrying on. That can make you nervous when shopping.
