Will never shop with woolworths again 3 times not getting my order. Delivery order
Online orders: For the 2nd week in a row(O/N: 289867817,288866201), our order has been misplaced. Always freezer items, it is extremely upsetting after being promised that all our orders will be audited prior to leaving a store. Also being ex management/employee for this company (17years), i thoroughly understand all the systems that should be in place. Extremely disappointing when they advertise that they "value their customers" Karl Weber & Jo Petherick please step up & respond.
So, disappointed that front end staff racially profiling there customers . The aboriginal lady was not stealing and did not steal. Asking for receipts when you dont even sell the products in Woolworths. I told security that the woman was harassed for no bloody reason. They didnt seem to care just saying it happens all the time. What happens all the time Mr Security? Racial Profiling! This happened axp 2.35 pm Tuesday 11/11/2025.
Very pleasant experience in a well stocked store.
I find the new Indian/Bangladeshi security guard and some of the older self checkout ladies quite intimidating. Not a welcoming feeling…
