I find the new Indian/Bangladeshi security guard and some of the older self checkout ladies quite intimidating. Not a welcoming feeling…
Front end staff are fabulous , always friendly and willing to assist . However, I was there Sunday 12th about 345 pm in the freezer section, couple of young male staff members there stacking the freezer. I was simply doing my shopping , moving around their pallets trying to keep out of their way as best I could, one young man slammed some plastic into a trolley literally a foot from me, quite aggressive. Customer service award for the most beautiful staff member ( Bea) the lovely Irish lady with a heart of gold. I was shopping for a young mum who was having a hard time and needed to feed her kids. So I happened to tell Bea as she noticed I’d bought so much. She gifted from her own pocket in a beautiful act of kindness and compassion towards her community. She is a wonderful staff member and I think she must be an asset to Woolworths and her local community, thank you so much Bea 🥰I’d give you 10 stars if I could 🥰
