Woolworths Metro Southbank is a super handy little store that’s perfect if you live or work nearby. I often pop in for quick groceries or last-minute dinners, and it almost always has what I need. It’s not a full-sized Woolies, but for a Metro, the range is surprisingly decent. I just bought few items from Woolies for a donation at work. But unfortunately they have closed collecting goods. I wanted to return it as I don't need this much of goods. Woollies rejected returning the goods even after my valid reason and I bought it just few minutes away. Bought items: 16/07/2025 at 1.43pm Request for return with the receipt: 16/07/2025 around 2pm. I know typically they don't accept returns. But even telling it's for donation and just return within 10mins time they refused to return. Disappointed.
