Sold an expired product (4 months out of date) only realised when I got home. Staff were very helpful in resolving the issue and provided two new products well within expiry
I had experienced poor and rude behavior from an Asian Filipino oldish lady at the self checkout. She normally wears orange Tshirt and never says please, thanks or bye etc.She should be trained more about delivering excellent customer service.
So the wollworths them selfs said that I could get my money back if Roblox wouldn't answer to my email that when I redeemed my Robux it didn't give my the Robux to me and then they said that they can't give my money BACK LIKE THEY wasted my TIME I am Not happy with THAT!!!! 😡😡

Three people standing around the computer at the front desk ignoring people who want a coffee or ask a question, until one lady come up and asked how she could help me today!! Was happy to help and take and make my coffee order didn’t get her name but she had tattoos , thanks
