Poor customer service by the one staffed checkout terminal, more worried about their phone then serving customers.
Bring back the manned check out customers should be paid a wage to use self checkouts these were designed to increase woollies profits not customer savings this review is relevant to all stores that use this make the customer work for the goods technology.I hate it and refuse to use it.Its a disgracefull act by a number of companies.!
Every Woolworths around should have atleast 1 Staff like LEANNE (Padstow Branch). . . . . it was saturday night around 9:45 they usually close 10PM n every staffs ready shut down shop but even thou in that rush hour she calmly helpin each n every customers runnin around to gettin last hour stuffs . . . with all her smiles and positive attitude no rush no tired . . . .👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
