Email banned by Big W. Big W asked me to contact Woolworths. For a faulty return request, Woolies placed an astonishing ban. Contacted Woolworths — they said no ban was placed. Jokes. That's why I don't shop at these Ws.
Useless bunch of clowns. I got this from Big W part of the Woolworths group and it was damaged in shipping. They are refusing to refund me even though I have lodged a complaint with the office of fair trading and the still won't refund me so today I started proceedings against them with the small claims court/QCat. Don't shop with any part of the Woolworths group they'll rip you off.
