Today (10th of July 2026) around 5.30 pm in the evening, I had to experienced a very unpleasant incident. The short hair brown skin lady that usually works at Woolworths Middle Camberwell during evening hours near self-checkout area is very rude and judgmental. She insulted me in front of other customers, stating that I should carry a receipt for all items whenever I enter Woolworths with shopping from another store. Terrible customer service I visit this store several time per week .no issues till report until I needed to visit customer service ( june 4th 11 am). I lost my credit card yesterday and I just wanted to ask if they have seen it... the lady at the customer service counter screamed at me "what do you want" !! No hello, no nice tone.. and all the time she acted annoyed and as I was wasting her time.... Woolworths Middle Camberwell happy to see it reverting back to how it used to be. It’s a good supermarket. Lots to choose from it’s. organised. I fully support giving adults with special needs jobs working the checkouts. Hope people can show some patience and kindness toward them especially. Lots of car parks too
