Terrible customer service I visit this store several time per week .no issues till report until I needed to visit customer service ( june 4th 11 am). I lost my credit card yesterday and I just wanted to ask if they have seen it... the lady at the customer service counter screamed at me "what do you want" !! No hello, no nice tone.. and all the time she acted annoyed and as I was wasting her time.... Woolworths Middle Camberwell happy to see it reverting back to how it used to be. It’s a good supermarket. Lots to choose from it’s. organised. I fully support giving adults with special needs jobs working the checkouts. Hope people can show some patience and kindness toward them especially. Lots of car parks too

Staff is very bad.
It was our first time shopping here, and even though we bought a lot and had to scan everything ourselves, which was honestly quite hard, there was a very kind lady on shift who helped us so much. She was incredibly patient and kept checking to make sure we had no problems during checkout. I really felt a good vibe from her, and honestly I am leaving this review mainly because of her and the positive feeling she gave us.
