Had to wait for 4 minutes for the employee to open the gates so I could leave the store. Not a critique on the employee but on woolworths and their decision to treat us all like criminals while not even having a functional exit.
I ordered 12 kg of chicken. When I noticed the bill showed 11.8 kg, I asked why, and I was told, "That's okay, don't worry," and assured that the order was still exactly 12 kg. After I got home, I weighed the chicken myself and found it was only 10 kg—not the 12 kg I ordered. Being short by 2 kg is unacceptable, especially after being assured the weight was correct. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the business pays more attention to accuracy and honesty.
Sold faulty product. The manager didn’t care to investigate for return or exchange. Her investigation toke between 2 to 3 seconds saying no exchange without the receipt. She did not examine the product or show any care. Left the product at the store for them to review as good gesture so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
