A very simple store. Has quite a lot of options in general - but the aisles are very small. Sometimes the staff are a little bit rude: but the staff I encountered very very polite for a supermarket. The selection of produce and bakery goods are always fresh and the overall store is quite clean! Would recommend if you need a quick item or two. I'm not surprised why most of people review about the "bad customer service".
most of the staff are very friendly and helpful however some are very arrogant and will stare at you the entire time you are in the store. Strange behaviour from supermarket employees.
Came in early Saturday morning. Went to get served by Nellia. She had the hide to ask me to empty my basket for her. If I wanted to serve myself i would have gone to the self serve section. She also filled my bag so heavy I couldn't lift it. I did ask her for a bag but she was so full of attitude she must not have heard me. Terrible customer service. Most of the other girls that work in that place are lovely. Maybe you should have the lovely girl's working up the front.
