After leaving a bag of meat from the butcher in store, I phoned up to enquire it’s whereabouts & was greeted by a courteous & respectful young lady named Jazz. She told me she had already placed my forgotten groceries in a secure fridge & would notify other team members. Thanks again!
Went here this morning for a quick in and out, and was waiting past 7am to open the doors. Knocked on the door and then came an angry employee, red as a tomato telling me they will open when their registers say 7. Her stance and aggressive behaviour was rude. It is not the first time staff are rude, its constant and appalling. Your staff need to take an excursion to Coles at Sutherland to see how staff treat their customers. A very simple store. Has quite a lot of options in general - but the aisles are very small. Sometimes the staff are a little bit rude: but the staff I encountered very very polite for a supermarket. The selection of produce and bakery goods are always fresh and the overall store is quite clean! Would recommend if you need a quick item or two.
