It's been a frustrating experience dealing with the staff and manager at this supermarket. Their lack of professionalism and problem solving skills has left much to be desired.
I visited on March 5th around 6 PM to inquire about a damaged gift card. I had purchased two $200 gift cards two weeks ago, but when I just opened them, I found that they both had a damaged PIN, and even a card was incorrectly labeled as $100 instead of $200. Before I could fully explain the situation, the blond women staff member immediately dismissed my concern, saying, “This isn’t even a $200 card. I like the hot section, you can get roasted chicken in different weights… 1/4, 1/2, or whole. Downside, they need to work on their “replenishing” A pity I find some sections empty.
Good luck getting your essentials theyre always out of stock of eggs/water/bread/potatos and so on, all the veg is semi gone, self serve staff are not aware and leave you stood around waiting when the machines malfunction which is almost everytime. I saw a girl ask to be served at the till today and the employee simply replied “wait” useless.
