BAD MANAGEMENT & TRAINING 5.30 pm approx 20th OCTOBER 25 Absolute zero customer service, 2 attendants playing & laughing at the registers getting paid to do nothing in the 8 items or less counter, sent me the the queue at the other end full of customers - told the tall guy with ponytail. talked down to me , CARE FACTOR = ZERO, thought it was funny NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR SHAREHOLDERS CONSIDERING THE AMOUNT OF COMPETITION OUT THERE IN THE GROCERY MARKET.
Pathetic customer service. No help for delivery drivers picking up orders
Woolworths seem determined to make their service worse & worse. Previously buying a gift card with the seniors discount was a simple process & it uploaded to their app. No longer. Another reason to give up on Woolies & shop at Aldi.
