I was at Woolworths on Saturday night, and witnessed a staff member by the name of “Liam” verbally assault a young man of colour. He made a scene causing everyone to stare, and the innocent young man then told me he was a racist and uses slurs. I asked the manager about this, and he could not care less. This poor young man did not deserve a scene to be caused.
Has been replacing popular brands with cheap alternatives. Now required to shop in other suburbs to purchase higher quality products. Staff are nice and friendly
Quite disgusted I went there and returned to my vehicle parked below via lift..I got caught in lift as it wouldn't move and luckily enough I picked G floor again and it opened the doors. When I went to main desk to ask for Manager to report lift I was advised they knew it was broken..I stated I suffer from claustrophobia and was quite worried THERE WAS NO SIGNAGE! NOT EVEN TAPE! I was also met with a glance from female attendant as if I was being hysterical the male attendant apologised. Come on Metro DO BETTER!
Woolies Hampton customer service toward Uber drivers unprofessional, careless. Order waiting in trolley for drivers to pick up and staff make drivers wait up to 10-15 min to finally to noticed or serviced , basically don't want to that at all it is wast of drivers time and delivery delays to customers, if you customer and using uber to deliver Woolworths orders , avoid Woolworths Hampton
