Extremely poor layout, non sensical where you may find things, aisles so narrow two people struggle to pass each other, always out of the most basic stock, frozen goods consistently damaged with ice burn.
I went into Woolworths last night to do some shopping and ran into an issue at the self-serve checkout. The red light was flashing, and I needed help, but the two staff members nearby were busy talking and didn’t notice. Luckily, someone at another register came over to help, but it would’ve been better if they were paying more attention to the self serve.
Waiting since 12 minutes, asked one lady (wearing woolies T shirt) said someone will come but none appeared to assist, wanted to have a cup of coffee, no luck.
No checkout people
I wanted to thank Harjinda for consistently making the best barista quality coffee at Coogee! She always makes time despite obviously having numerous orders to fulfil and organise. The team at Coogee are always friendly and helpful
