In Coogee, the only place I know that serves proper skim milk is Metro woollies and Kriti there is just the loveliest. She makes a coffee that’s always spot-on, and all the other staff are just as friendly and welcoming. It’s such a nice way to start the day. . And please bring back the complimentary chocolates — they’re such a lovely touch.
The staff was very rude!
Oh my.. ..try avoid talking or asking workers that's up front for anything. One couldn't add & the habit of this non English niknak whilst facing customers is a strange etiquette. I get needing the work or employees. What i don't get is the incompetence with simple customer service or hiring those capable of. But they ladies of age/maturity at near exit. Damn marvelous. Wish there was more.
