Two staff members standing around doing nothing. Then act like security guards when I asked for assistance at self service till. They need a refresher course in Customer Service skills. Or find another job.
Awful parking station and service. The place is open late but poorly-lit and dirty and the entrance disorganised and confusing for a non-local. I hadn’t seen the signs about getting a voucher before exiting the shop and there was no mercy. I had to reverse my car back up the drive, park again and go get one, all while clutching my receipt and entry pass from 20 minutes before and at 10:30 at night. A totally outdated system. Not apparent what they are doing with their profits.
