I get in and didn't buy anything. Their gate didn't let me out. I talked to their staff and they told me they have remote control. It mean i am forcing to buy anything to get out from Woolworth. Bad supermarket i think only them.
Me and my two friends went into woolies to grab some well deserved afternoon tea. We had had a big week and day from assessments, we were all stressed and looking towards a nice hangout and sushi meal. Cassandra at the coffee counter will walk away from you and when she comes back to take your order she'll stare blankly at you and not acknowledge your greeting or pleasantries. The only thing she'll say is "Do you have a rewards card?" It's like interacting with a golem.
Rude staff accusing me of stealing. I was at the counter (self service) and wanted to make sure that was 20% of the food. I wanted to go to the other checkout where they were a woolies staff member to confirm that 20% was the discounted price. The woolies staff member then threatened to call me out for stealing. Do better. Horrible customer service. Not coming again. There are similar review like this.
today when we were shopping for energy drinks, (mind you we are TEENAGERS in school uniform). We grabbed free fruits from the kids section (since we are technically still pretty young) the sercurity gaurd came over to us and told us to eat somewhere else so we werent blocking the way and we complied with his request.
