I came to the woolworth to collect one order. The front desk staff told me someone would bring the order over, so I waited. After waiting for about 5 minutes with no action, the manager, Max, then asked another staff member who had just arrived to handle it. Was in over the weekend both days and the team at the front were so happy and kind. While I was waiting to be served Sunday and the register team had people coming up shoving their phones in their face asking about online orders. They kept trying to explain there's nothing to collect but the drivers started raising their voice and complaining demanding an order to which the team kept explaining there's nothing there to collect you should just cancel it. wish i could give a zero star. , at the service desk at sunday 5pm 23 nov blonde freaking rude lady and a blue printed shirt guy tooo. i was there to collect uber and she was shouting at me and 2 other gentlemens for pickup . that there is no uber order to collect wait is 30 mins,just cancel it please tell your staff for basic manner on how to talk. and don’t mention your woolies on uber app if u can’t take an effort to prepare it!! sack both of them specially the lady
