Thank you to the staff at Woolies last weekend. We came in to buy some donations for the temple and picked up 15kg of bananas. The staff were very accommodating with our questions and even offered to donate the bananas; even though not accepted, was a very nice gesture. Special thanks to Nikki and Noreen.
Buderim Woolworths is generally a great store—clean, well-stocked, and convenient. We do our weekly shop here every Saturday morning and usually find what we need without issue. However, one ongoing frustration is at the registers. On weekends, when we have a full trolley of bulk items, there’s often no one available at the staffed checkouts. On the night of Friday the 13th of September I went to pick up an uber order at Woolworths Buderim. I asked at the service desk when the order would be ready, the brown hair girl behind the counter with a lanyard on, proceeded to say “go find that ginga”. I questioned this remark but she proceeded to laugh and tell me to find a ginger boy. This unprofessionalism made me feel uncomfortable. Very bad service!
